Privacy notice
What we collect, why, for how long, and how to exercise your rights.

What the website collects
- Contact form: name, property, country, phone number or email address, message. Purpose: replying to your enquiry. Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box on the form.
- Technical logs: a truncated IP address and a technical fingerprint used to prevent abusive submissions, kept for no more than 30 days.
The website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. No data is ever sold or passed on.
The website greets you in your language, based on the country you connect from and your browser’s language, without storing anything. If you choose a language, a strictly functional preference cookie (eh-langue, one year) remembers that choice and nothing else.
What we do with it
Emiliano reads every enquiry and replies within 48 hours. We do not send automated follow-ups and we do not add you to any mailing list. If you do not follow up, your enquiry is deleted after twelve months.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to [email protected]. You can also contact the data protection authority in your country: the IPDCP in Togo, the ARTCI in Côte d’Ivoire, the CDP in Senegal or the APDP in Benin.
Registrations
The references of our data processing declarations with each authority will be published here as soon as they are issued.
